Refund and Cancellation Policy

At WebVisiting.com, customer satisfaction is a top priority. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services provided through our platform.


1. Cancellation Policy

  • You may request cancellation of services within 24 hours of placing an order, provided that no work has started.
  • To cancel a service, email us at help@webvisiting.com with your order details and reason for cancellation.
  • Once the work has commenced (e.g. design has begun, consultations held, etc.), cancellations are not eligible for a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

a. Full Refund

A full refund will be provided if:

  • You cancel the service before any work has started.
  • We are unable to deliver the service as agreed due to unforeseen issues on our end.

b. Partial Refund

A partial refund may be issued in the following cases:

  • If the service is partially completed and you decide to stop midway.
  • If there are delivery delays or dissatisfaction, and mutual agreement is reached for a partial refund.
Note: Partial refund percentage will depend on the stage of work completed.

c. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • You fail to provide necessary content or feedback on time.
  • Work has been completed and final deliverables have been shared.
  • You change your mind after the service is delivered as per agreement.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Please contact us with the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Order/Invoice Number
  • Reason for refund/cancellation
  • Any supporting documentation (screenshots, emails, etc.)

We will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with the resolution.


4. Payment Processing and Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • For UPI or bank transfers, please allow additional 3-5 working days depending on your bank's processing time.

5. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
